We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags still attached
• Free from damage, odor, or alterations

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@streetofgrace.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Reach out to us at support@streetofgrace.com to get started.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
